We survived the cull
2022 was a gold rush. What followed removed most of the market, and most of our competition.

A further 4,587 licences expire during 2026 and 5,210 in 2027. The operator pool keeps shrinking. The certified core does not.

Most certified Thai suppliers learned to grow in order to get certified. We had already been cultivating for years, indoor and outdoor, across multiple genetics, with real harvests and real buyers, before GACP became a commercial requirement.

Israel is the sharpest near-term lane. IMCA-approved import-for-export lets certified Thai flower enter an IMC-GMP and EU-GMP facility, be processed and QP-released, and reach EU pharmacy shelves.
